Laci
László Orbán - hegedű (lead violin)
Originally hailing from Sóvidék in Transylvania, Laci is an expert fiddler who played throughout Romania. He then moved to Budapest becoming a performer in Hungary's preeminent professional group, the Hungarian State Folk Ensemble (Magyar Állami Népi Együttes). During the following decade, Laci accompanied dozens of dance ensembles as well as performed concerts the world over establishing himself as a diverse and talented musician.
Lecsó
Lajos Miklós - kontra (Transylvanian viola)
Lecsó is the band's founder and an accomplished Hungarian folk dancer. He is heavily sought after for his expertise and choreographies. Lecsó has frequented the Hungarian and Transylvanian countryside researching and studying both music and dance. He also plays the ütőgardon (percussive cello), tapán (drum), furulya and kaval (shepherd's flutes) as well as the duda (bagpipes).
Mike Pratt - bőgő (double bass)
Misi was drawn to Hungarian music because of its "rawness and purity". A music enthusiast and teacher, he is a gifted jazz musician experienced on a number of instruments including saxophone, kontra (Transylvanian viola), ütőgardon (percussive cello) and the tapán (drum).
